Howard received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in 1975 and Juris Doctorate from University of Detroit School of Law in 1979. Admitted to practice in all State Courts in Michigan, the Federal Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Member of American, State and Oakland County Bar Associations, Association of Defense Trial Counsel and Defense Mediator in Wayne and Oakland County Circuit Courts. Faculty member, National Business Institute, “How to Try an Auto Negligence Case in the State of Michigan”.
