Dean received his Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors and Distinction from Wayne State University in 1975 and Juris Doctorate from University of Michigan Law School in 1977. Admitted to practice in all State Courts in Michigan and the Federal Court for the Eastern District and Western District of Michigan and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Member of the American, Michigan and Oakland County Bar Associations. Lecturer on investigation and defense of lawsuits. Seminar instructor on litigation, claims handling and insurance coverage.
